Lateritic Ore

The lateritic ore used in the experiments was obtained from Gördes district, Manisa, Turkey. The moisture analysis showed that the original moisture content of the sample is 25 %. The density of the ore is 2.95 g/cm3.

Particle Size Analysis

The sample that was brought to Mining Engineering Department, Mineral Processing Laboratory was under 1 cm. size. In order to determine the particle size distribution of the ore, wet sieve analysis was carried out. Ni, Co and Fe analysis of each size fractions were performed by Meta Mining Industry Energy Tourism and Foreign Trading Ltd. by using X-MET 820 XRF analyzer.

Preconcentration Processes

Attrition scrubbing, attrition scrubbing followed by cycloning and magnetic separation with Permroll are the methods applied for preconcentration of the ore.

Lateritic Ore crusher

Cone crusher is the most common fine Lateritic Ore crusher machine. It has four types: spring cone crusher, CS series cne crusher, hydraulic cone crusher, hcs90 cone crusher. Every cone crusher has their different applications.

Mobile crusher for Lateritic Ore crushing: Mobile crusher is the most convenient Lateritic Ore crusher machine used in the Lateritic Ore beneficiation plant. It is the crushing unit including crushing, screening machine and belt conveyor.
